When you book, add the airline and flight number. Dispatch follows the flight and times the chauffeur to the actual landing, so a delay moves the pickup rather than starting the clock. Domestic arrivals include 30 minutes of waiting and international arrivals 60 minutes, enough for baggage claim and, on overseas flights, customs.
At LAX you can choose curbside pickup or a meet-and-greet inside at the arrivals level; larger vehicles such as the Sprinter stage at LAX-it or a pre-arranged commercial area. At Burbank and Long Beach, pickups are curbside at the designated zones. Your confirmation carries the chauffeur's name, the vehicle and the exact meeting point, and the chauffeur's number is there if you need to call from the terminal.
