How route fares work

Each fare above is a starting price for a sedan or SUV on that route. The exact figure depends on the pickup address within the neighborhood, the time of day, the vehicle and any stops or waiting you add, and the reservation form shows it before you confirm. Airport routes include flight tracking, with 30 minutes of waiting for domestic arrivals and 60 minutes for international flights.

Typical times are ranges because Los Angeles traffic swings hard by the hour. The 405 through the Sepulveda Pass is at its worst from about 7 to 10 AM and 3 to 7 PM on weekdays, the 101 slows through the Cahuenga Pass on Hollywood Bowl nights, and SoFi Stadium events load Century Boulevard near LAX. If your arrival time is fixed, plan on the upper end of the range, or ask dispatch for an earlier pickup.

Longer trips such as Santa Barbara run up US-101 through Ventura County, while Anaheim runs down the 5. For a group, one Mercedes Sprinter carries up to 14 passengers; S-Class and Sprinter trips are quoted per trip.

Need a trip that is not listed? Point-to-point service covers any two addresses, and the airport guides explain pickups at LAX, Burbank and Long Beach.
