How a quote is built
Rates are flat and quoted before booking, based on the pickup address, destination, vehicle type, time of day and any waiting time or stops. Airport transfers include flight tracking and a grace period: 30 minutes for domestic arrivals and 60 minutes for international flights. Hourly charter is billed by the hour with a three-hour minimum, and extra time is billed in increments.
Tolls, parking and airport fees are itemized when they apply. You can cancel most reservations without charge up to 24 hours before pickup; cancellations inside 24 hours may incur a partial or full charge. Full answers are on the FAQ page.

No. Rides are booked in advance at the price on your confirmation; there is no surge pricing when demand spikes after concerts, games or award shows.
