Entertainment industry shuttles are scheduled moves for cast, crew, talent, and production staff between sets, studios, hotels, and wrap venues.

This service handles call-sheet logistics for film, television, commercial, and live-event productions. We run repeated loops or one-way shuttles based on your production schedule. Our dispatch team, a New York-based company, manages reservations and billing while local affiliate operators handle the actual Los Angeles driving and dispatch.

Studios, talent agencies, music labels, and event producers use this service in Los Angeles.

Pilot season from January through March creates heavy demand around Warner Bros. Studios in Burbank, Paramount Pictures in Hollywood, and Sony Pictures in Culver City. The Warner Bros. Studio lot spans roughly 110 acres in Burbank. Paramount Pictures is the last major film studio still headquartered in Hollywood. Summer concert season keeps shuttles busy between the Hollywood Bowl, the Greek Theatre, and downtown hotels. Awards season in January and February adds red-carpet and after-party moves around the Dolby Theatre and The Beverly Hilton.

Pricing is based on vehicle count, run-sheet hours, and minimum daily commitments.

Sprinter shuttles start at $240 per hour with a five-hour minimum per day. Mini-coach shuttles start at $175 per hour and require similar minimums. Multi-day series and recurring series receive discounted flat rates. Charges include driver, fuel, and standard insurance; parking, tolls, and permits are billed separately. We price large-scale tours based on a detailed run sheet.

The honest limitation is that production schedules change quickly.

Call times can move by several hours with little notice. We need finalized manifests at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee vehicle count and pickup order. Last-minute additions are possible only when affiliate capacity is open. During awards week, that capacity fills fast, so early booking is essential. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot create vehicles that are already committed elsewhere.

Working to a call sheet

Production transport runs on call times, so the quote starts there. Send the call sheet or a simple run list: basecamp and set addresses, the hotel, the number of runs, passenger counts per run and who needs a separate car. Dispatch matches vehicles to the list, typically the S-Class or a sedan for talent, the Escalade for department heads and small teams, and Sprinters for crew moves.

The studios sit in clusters that shape routing. Warner Bros. and Disney are in Burbank, Universal is in Universal City at the top of the Cahuenga Pass, Sony is in Culver City and Paramount is on Melrose Avenue in Hollywood. Location days can reach the ranch country around Santa Clarita or the beaches in Malibu, and the drive time between them changes sharply with the hour.

Arrivals, fittings and press days

Hollywood Burbank Airport is the closest commercial airport to the Burbank and Universal City lots, which makes it the natural arrival point for talent flying in for a shoot. Chauffeurs wait discreetly at hotels and studio gates, and hold for fittings or press junkets on an hourly block.

Hourly service runs $120 for a sedan, $150 for an SUV, $230 for the S-Class and $240 for the Sprinter, with a three-hour minimum. See Sprinter service for crew moves and Hollywood for local pickup notes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you run shuttles between a hotel and a remote set?

Yes. We regularly serve sets in Santa Clarita, Pomona, and the Antelope Valley from base hotels in Burbank or Downtown Los Angeles.

Do you handle background-talent transport?

Yes, though large background casts may need a mini-coach or multiple vans rather than sedans and sprinters.

What information do you need for a production shuttle quote?

We need pickup and drop-off addresses, call times, passenger counts, and the number of days you plan to run.

Can one car and chauffeur cover a full shoot day?

Yes. An hourly booking keeps one vehicle and chauffeur assigned to your schedule for the booked block, with the three-hour minimum as the floor and extra time billed in increments.

Do you pick up talent at Burbank for studio arrivals?

Yes. BUR is the closest commercial airport to the Burbank and Universal City lots, and arrivals there are flight-tracked the same way as at LAX.
