Built around your timeline
A wedding day is a sequence of hand-offs: the getting-ready suite, the ceremony, portraits, the reception and the send-off. Transportation works best when it is planned from that timeline rather than from a list of pickup times. Send the order of events, the addresses and the number of people at each stage, and dispatch builds the vehicle plan around it, with a buffer for the moments that always run long.
Most couples book an hourly block, because the chauffeur stays with the vehicle through the ceremony and portraits instead of leaving and returning. The S-Class carries the couple, the Cadillac Escalade handles parents or the wedding party, and a Mercedes Sprinter moves up to 14 guests at a time between the hotel block and the venue.
Los Angeles venues and what they mean for the day
Estate weddings in Beverly Hills and Bel Air often have narrow, winding approaches and gated drives, so share any gate codes and access notes in advance. Beach ceremonies in Malibu and Santa Monica depend on Pacific Coast Highway, where weekend traffic can add serious time. Pasadena venues near Old Pasadena and the Arroyo Seco are straightforward on a normal weekend but not on Rose Bowl game days. Downtown rooftops and Arts District lofts put you close to hotels but near arena and convention traffic. Your chauffeur checks the drop and loading point at each stop before the day.
Galas, premieres and milestone nights
The same planning applies to award-season parties, premieres, charity galas and milestone birthdays. Arrival timing matters more than the drive, so dispatch confirms the drop point, the waiting area and the pickup point for the end of the night. Your chauffeur waits discreetly and is reachable by phone when you are ready to leave.
What it costs
Event bookings are hourly, with a three-hour minimum. At starting rates the S-Class is $230 an hour, so the minimum block is $690; the Sprinter is $240 an hour, or $720 for three hours. An executive sedan is $120 an hour and the Escalade $150. The reservation form confirms the final price for your date and itinerary.
Booking tips
- Book as early as you can; spring and summer weekends and award season are the busiest periods.
- Give each vehicle a named contact on the day, usually the planner or a member of the wedding party.
- Request child seats when you book, with the child's age, at least 24 hours in advance.
- Plan guest shuttles in loops, with the last run leaving the venue after the send-off.
